1. Are you an original registered FFXIV version 1.0 Collector's Edition Owner?
If yes, then:
2. If you have been in game since 9-10AM EST. You need to relog to receive them.
If relog did not work:
3. Contact SE customer service.
If you are not #1, but purchased an ARR CE. You need to wait until the Mog Station Site is open so you can actually register the game and all codes.
