2/3 of early access gone, still unable to play

I have had a support ticket logged for the last 2 days. In beta phase 4 my characters were locked out due to error 90000. This error was still present at the start of early access. I have tried making new characters on both the same server, a different server in the EU region and servers in the JP and US regions. All existing and new characters receive error 90000 when trying to log in.

My support tickets have both been answered with a standardised support email telling me to close the ticket if the problem has gone away. IT HAS NOT!

About to make my third ticket. I do not want to threaten to cancel my pre-order. I do not want to make threats about legal action. I do not want to do anything but play the game I paid for. Please sort this out, I have had this error on my account for 9 days now (saturday afternoon - beta phase 4) and am at a loss as to why this has not been sorted out yet.

If GMG would give me a refund I'd take it at this point, I already own the 1.0 CE and I bought the standard for early access, and then bought ARR CE for my wife.

Huge waste of money and time spent waiting for this to get made in the first place.

Just putting in the support ticket is rarely enough... you will more than likely have to actually call the Square Enix support number and speak to someone directly with the ticket numbers handy so you can give them the info

I find it ridiculous that the only way of getting support for a 24/7 server based game is via email that is only answered 9am-5pm monday to friday... It's beyond a joke

no it is not. that is just a baseless rumor people have started. it's too late to push back the release date because the units are already in retail store's stock rooms and their codes have already been put in the computers for those stores so they can be rung up with people buy it. it is beyond too late at this point to push back the date now, but if they do it now it will only show how much of a failure SE is at making mmo's. they should have stuck to single player rpg's, then everyone could play their game they paid for lol.
