The thing i find crazy about all this is FFXI had most of it! How do you add it in a game 10 years old and only add like 4 weather effects in XIV?

Yeah, I'm really not sure. All one has to do is watch this video (which has been posted many times on these forums, haha) to understand just how much the little things can really add to the immersion. The fact that, like you said, most of the things Cairdeas mentioned were in FFXI just boggles my mind.
