Why do we have two camps, the white knights and the haters, when we all want the same thing?

Play the game.

White knights hope with patience it will work out, and the haters hope that with angry posts will get things done.

I am just sad myself, usually I am a white knight, but I feel lost now.
I don't believe anger can solve anything.
And I do believe they working hard on the issues. But since the errors keep returning I am afraid this issue can't be quick fixed.

I want ARR to succeed, because I do love it a lot, when I can play it.

I'm not saying that this hasn't been a mess.
However, just because we think patients as opposed to throwing some childish fit on the general forums is a better way of dealing with the problem at hand dosn't make us a "kissass".

Agreed and very well said.

I'm just as disappointed as everyone else. However, they are aware of the issue and are working on it. I'm sorry they don't have an instant fix, but the rage posts are more than a little silly at this point. Also, let it be noted that not everyone who complains is wrong either. These are indeed legitimate concerns that need to be addressed, but we've been informed that they are being worked on.

So where does that leave us?

Rage posts do not make the fix come any sooner and only bring out the worst in people. The people who say "This happened at the start of 1.0 and look how that turned out." are just being ignorant because the fundamental difference is that the original producer did not listen to the few players that were bringing up issues. This one is. These issues are being addressed. 2.0's launch is not comparable to 1.0's in any way. Concerns are voiced, those concerns are acknowledged and are being worked on. Any angry posts beyond are just meaningless.
