I really hope they let people have 1 free server transfer after all this... That would alleviate a lot of this overpopulated server stuff.

I'd like to know this to. Without the queue, how are we supposed to know when the server "isn't full?" Basically, SE is asking for us to spam their servers because we have no indication of when we can or cannot get in.

I can dig this to an extent.
Until later today when I go i and pay off the rest of my CE preorder and bring the game home.
Then I expect I will be able to log on, considering I have paid for a game and expect to be able to play it.

If not, when I do get on, there's gonna be a lot of Lalas with sore butts walking around...

I logged in, went to my inn room, and logged off, at least I will be well rested. While they fix this crap for launch, I am gonna go play Saints Row IV if anyone wants to co-op with me on Steam.

Several hours of outage with a few hours of play time is not tolerable. Fail launch is FAIL.
