Agreed, can't see any reason to allow people to afk for so long. If duty finder doesn't count as afk, half an hour would be good. if it does, an hour or two.
I assume SE has a reason for not implementing this yet, anyone know what it is?

My friends can't add me if I'm not logged in. Sorry, I can't agree with this one until they allow friends to be added even when they aren't logged in.
doop doop
While I agree, I dont think it will help much with the duty finder problem as they aren't connecting to the duty finder unless they are running some sort of script, in which case they should be banned.
Hope SE will implement this rule as soon as possible!![]()
I'm on Sargatanas and longest I've had to wait in a queue to get into the game was maybe a minute. And that was like 197th in line. Next highest number I'd seen from there was probably like 27th.
I'd guess they are just temporarily limiting people because the rest of the server system can't keep up with all these people doing instances and stuff. I did one or two instances around 3 pm EST before I even heard there was an issue with it. After that I figured it'd be best to just avoid instances. Spent the whole day leveling Miner, Armorsmith and Leatherworker plus got some more exploring done. Loving the game.
While I wouldn't exactly mind a one hour AFK kick thing.. I don't think it'd really fix the issues at hand.
They only need to have it set up for just this week would work great for those that fall asleep or what not, Make it a hour though. , but duty finder need not affect unless you passed on your duty finder time, then time goes back to 30 min. it just those that fell asleep or going shopping and what not. would help get more people out the way and allow more people to create a character. Also we need a world transfer system in place in the populated servers. Unless they keep resetting the servers every 4 hours.
glad it will never happen lol
I think it's a great idea. It should eliminate queues, which, I'm sure, is one of the main reason people choose to not log off. They're either too impatient with queues or afraid of..."The world is currently full" message.
Funny OP, because I brought this up AGES ago When they announced Player bazaars were being removed, and it got flamed to death by people who want to stand around e-peeing in uldah all day, which was almost everyone. Wonder how many people here were one of those nay-sayers that are changing of heart :P
Player Bazaars were the only reason not to have auto-disconnect, and now they are gone. So, once again after idk how many months, +1 to auto prolonged afk disconnect.
