No valid or active service account is available to play FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Re

I bought the Digital download from PSN for the PS3, and before 30 minutes ago I could not confirm my code, but about two hours ago I re-downloaded the game, I tried to login but got the usual no service account available, but then i just redeemed the code on the account manager just to see if anything would happen. To my surprise, the shopping bag next to the order was no longer red, but it was blue. Before it would say that my code was not valid, but now it immediately transfers me to a download list. The client actually is downloading right now. I hope this means that there is improvement.

Digital download from PSN has no code. Not sure what you mean.

preordered the CE from PSN here. Already received my refund in my wallet. but cannot buy the CE again. it says i already own one. but on my services list it says my CE and EA will expire on the 23rd. I hope by 00:00 am on aug 24 i will be able to repurchase the CE and EA again. and then i can update my client. hopefully...

So, some people say there's a code for PSN buyers, some people say there is no code for PSN buyers. Fantastic, SE, honestly, simply stellar work. You should be very proud of this cluster.

I just got off the phone with PSN customer service. I was told SE will be refunding all affected accounts IN FULL. Plus, we will be getting a voucher to redownload the game FOR FREE with "extra entitlements."

Drawback is the XMB message will be arriving early next week.

Submitting for a refund takes 5-7 days and no codes can be used until it goes through.

We cannot preorder from another merchant and use the new code. It will NOT work.

The only thing we can do is wait until SE resolves this. Affected accounts will not be getting EA until we get the XMB message arrives.

in other words we don't get early release. We start at the same time as everyone else. This is the Last time I purchase anything on PSN that is associated with SE.

I have been super patient the last few days what with all the errors during the beta. I understand that those things happen during a beta and the beta is done to find those kinda of errors. THIS however is a major pain in my butt. I would even understand if we were not billed for the game yet because then we just wouldn't be but DANG IT this is frustrating. Complete and utter F.U.B.A.R.

[EDIT]: I love Square Enix AND Playstation with all my heart. I will continue to support them for many many years to come... just not when they are working together heh heh.

im hoping they'll sort this out soon. i mean, i can still buy the standard Edition and play the game with EA, but i want the items included in the CE too. so ill be waiting for the CE.. hopefully not in vain! and i want compensation! lol

If this is true a way around the wait is to create a new user on your PS3 and if you have one (from amazon or some place else) redeem an early access code on the new account. I am downloading the client right now. Granted the refund is sitting in my wallet on my main account still. I mainly just want to be able to play this weekend.

Legacy player here for PC, and purchased for PS3 through PSN.

getting same error as shown on OP for PC version, log into square enix account, showing FFXIV being active, but nothing about realm reborn

And funny enough, for PS3, if you check services list in your account, it shows both early access and collectors edition pack start on Aug 13th, and expires aug 23rd.

They gave us services that expire before the game even comes out.
Before when I tried PS3 earlier today, it just game me the same message as on PC, now it's telling me I need a new code .... man, I thought the beta was good, this might be FFXIV V1.0 all over again >=(

Does the regular edition comes with EA? and the CE isn't on the PS Store now btw...
