1. Select "MEMBERS LOGIN" accessible from the SQUARE ENIX MEMBERS Site
2. Select "Don't have a Square Enix account?" and follow the onscreen instruction to obtain a SQUARE ENIX account or if you have skip 2
3. Log into SQUARE ENIX MEMBERS site with the SQUARE ENIX account and password
4. Your MEMBERS ID will be connected to the SQUARE ENIX account once MEMBERS ID and password are entered
after this the give you a page saying ty for preorder etc and a key to you add on main acc

yes i participated in phase 4 beta, ive done the things in that support page on ps3, played fine in beta on either system of my choosing, should i submit a ticket?

@Keysuke - this has nothing to do with anything. Members ID site is like Facebook. It may now say "linked" to my psn account, but it changes nothing, just for looks.

Got me excited tho. Earlier I ran up to Gamestop to get another code and that doesn't work either. THE ONLY confirmed work-around is HighKingDarkmoorXIII's solution, which was make a new PSN acct, buy the game again... hes now ready, but I for one wont go to that much trouble. I was hard-pressed to even make myself run up to gamestop to sweet-talk that code outta the teller. But it didnt work either, I'm assuming because it still shows the early-release as being something I have already purchased, ya know, with that little red shopping bag on it.

Meh. I know that I wont be able to get as far as I did thru beta as I would if I started anew. So I'll be waiting patiently in the A.M.

Yeah, but that dont work for fix the PS3 Problem with No valid or active service account is available to play FINAL FANTASY XIV. that's the OP says.

For those on PS3 that are still getting the no valid service account error, make sure that you go into your Account Management on the PS3 and redeem the code they email to you after you register the pre-order code. The PS3 client seems to check this to make sure you have access. I made the mistake of disregarding the email because I thought it was only to download the client, and I already had the open beta client on my console. Turns out that I needed to register the code on the PS3 anyway, and I could just cancel the download the of the client again.
