You can set the keybind in the options.
Ps: you can also make the UI elements smaller

What are those grey icons? Are they macros so equip gear? I been seeing those lately but never figured what they were and it seems to be rly handy in a quick class change.

Just drag the job/class icon from your character tab to a hotbar and you get those grey buttons for a quick change.

I just wish they'd add more gear set spaces for all classes...
Its sad only having 6 while we have like 21 classes

Once completed your first class quests to lvl 10, you can unlock more gear sets by completing the lvl 1 class quest of your other classes (including DOH/DOL)
