It's also difficult for me to decipher if the effects on my team members are good effects or bad ones.I would love to know when to use esuna..

This definitely needs work, SE!
Great idea, I also had to keep spamming cause I didnt know what was going on lol
Well, there IS a way to notice it at a glance. Let's use the mockup as a base
Positive statuses look like an arrow pointing upwards (look at protect in the party screen) and negative statuses look like an arrow pointing downwards (look at the enemy's billion dots)
Takes a wee bit of training to discern at a glance but the 'square' part of both arrows is centered so when there are both positive and negative statuses on a target the positive statuses are as if they were edged upwards on relation to the negative statuses.
I did NOT notice this until now, lol. Thanks a lot! That will be very helpful as a healer.Well, there IS a way to notice it at a glance. Let's use the mockup as a base

Under character configuration, UI settings. There is a tab for party list with essentially two options for it. This needs to have a ton of options put in for customization. As a healer I would like to be able to just hide all the buffs in the party window and only show debuffs on party members.
I also totally agree that your own buffs/debuffs on a selected target should be separated (tiny green numbers is not enough).
