For those of you getting EU codes, where did you preorder?

Bought from greenmangaming.com also. There was no indication whether or not I bought an NA or an EU. No matter how much i tried, It keeps giving me the "RAAE" EU code also.

I am willing to trade two EU "RAAE" codes for two "RAAU" NA codes. (PC)

bought my copy from SE store

input my 18 digit code and recived my 20 digit code on screen worked fine

but for some reason today i woke up and i had recived 2 emails from SE the first one with a EU code (no idea why) then the last was with a NA code about an hour ago

Why would they even have region specific early access codes when you are able to start on any region server? Seems like unnecessary coding and confusion.

Square Enix is the king of confusion. They lack the ability to properly communicate with their customers in situations like this. I mean, I've played 11, 14 1.0 and now ARR.. I can tell you that as far as their customer service is concerned, nothing has changed. I mean, they have 3 "official" forums for this one game, multiple different account systems, multiple pre order codes.. it's no wonder the system breaks down.

I know, I register an NA account went to code site to put the 18 code from my purchase ticket and ended up with EU code instead of NA I tried a couple of times
still get the same EU code and got email with the same EU code went to my profile and saw at bottom language English EU tried changing it to NA but it still come up as EU

I received the email with a EU code but when i reenter the code in the NA page they give my NA 20 dig code. make sure that this is the page you are entering the code

Tried that dozens of times with 3 different browsers and 2 different computers. No luck.
