Now what always gets me is that Au Ra were released as a complete race. They had access to all hairstyles & hats right from the beginning. Why on earth did they not plan for Viera & Hrothgar to receive the same treatment? I understand that there was a bit of a time crunch with the release of ShB, but that should have been a priority to get Viera and Hroth brought up to speed after release.
I know people have mentioned that they both use unique meshes (no idea if this is accurate), but even if that were to be the case,even that isn't a great excuse in my mind. The devs should have allotted whatever time was needed in order to make them complete. And if this is something where the upper management at SE didn't allow the time or funding, then shame on the company for allowing them to stay half-arsed.
I mean, sure, I guess they did warn us early on that they would have limitations, but even still, that's pretty lame. I've never seen new races handled like that in other games. It boggles the mind. This is SE's cash cow, but at times it definitely does not feel like it. Between all the clunky inventory & glamour systems, housing woes, incomplete races, less new content being released with patches, it's starting to get old. ;X
