When i bought the game i made the choice to pay for 8 characters not for 1.because in this game as i have since SWG i tended to play multi characters, Each differnt, in my reading about this game i read all the old patch notes as well as many video doing my research..One of the things that stuck is in the personal house patch notes when it was released it clearly states any "characters" meeting the requiments are allowed to buy a house..That means i was "entitled" (your word) to own more then one house........Quote:

Heres the point I was trying to get through. Play the game and enjoy what you have you've made your point 1,000 times over and your just shooting yourself in the foot every time you defend your point of view at this point. As I said there are new people/fcs in the game all the time and when they get to the point where they can get a house they can't because people that own multiple houses take that away from them. And just to clarify I'm not biased because it wouldn't affect me. I do have two personal houses, but on two different accounts/two different subscriptions. -

Also guys please consider that with Stormblood start game has really change. The World of Warcraft player base decide to leave game after so many years and start new mmorpg experience with FFXIV even before SB. We have a LOT of new players in every open server we have. So it was predictable that transfer from another world will be popular. There nothing wrong with transfer from big server to smaller hoping to grab a house. It's nothing wrong with demanding a house when game basically advertise himself with that feature. Sad is that some players decide to harass someone just because they own multiple houses. -

The system allows for this and people should not be penalized for something that is perfectly legal at the time they bought their houses. The only thing that isn't fair is the system itself. This is where people's ire should be directed. SE has multiple ways to fix the system so players that want a house can get one without penalizing those that currently own more than one house. They just need step up to it. Hopefully we will find out in a few days what SE proposes.

This bandaid fix of taking away from people who broke no rules is laughable its not even a bandaid fix theres 72,000 for 360,000 people Thats just NA..
What drives me insane is i cant understand why the hate isnt pointed at SE, but most seem to wanna settle for this little fix for now wile they work on it.. Come on they pull in 10+ million a month... If people are this upset that they suggest taken away from people who broke no rules..You would think they be spaming this fourm with Thats enough SE basic math tells us you need to step your game up.. You advertise housing for all yet have enough houses for what 1/5 the population thats not counting any FCs
As far as me being harsh yes i am. im honestly that way irl in game and on here i dont pull punchs never have.But im not a horder or ******.
All ive ever tried to say is
1-Multi house owners have broken no rules, Taken away from them is wrong / Bashing them is wrong in any form
2-If there is a rule change Grandfather multi owners in (Reason see 1)
3- Se is where the hate needs to be 72,000 house for 360,000 (NA) people is not even close to being considered trying... add in fcs and you ever farther from trying -

Situation is bad. After all discussion here I think that I already give a best solution for everyone in my opinion. Create so many housing that will be available for FC, players and theirs alts. It's a shame that they didn't consider the apartment reconstruction and they still didn't solve the gardening problem. I know their server problems and I know buying more / better servers it's not the best solution. Their really should consider instance housing. Apartments works fine, why not try something similar but bigger? Create "fake" gardens you can go from your instance house. I know that this solution could create term that the normal housing is "exclusive" but it's something right? -
