My take on that is something I've said earlier. Doing nothing and letting it pass without action (while saying one of these phrases) when you clearly know something is wrong is just a classy way of allowing this behavior to run through unchecked. I know you've personally stated in this thread that you don't let these things get to you, but you've also stated in this thread that you also vented to your friends about people doing things like this before. You say they're not worth your time, but they're also worth enough to vent over as well? The moment you go into that Duty Finder thread and post a blurb about them you're making time for them whether you want to admit it or not.
My final post here is going to be super simple and it's a reverb of the morality of the thread as a whole. If you see something that you clearly think is an issue/happens to you, (harassment, vote kicking abuse, slander, etc) just report it, blacklist, and move on. The entire report process takes under 2 min and it's better for the community. If your opinion on the issue compels you enough to make a thread in the forums about it or post in the duty finder story thread , it's worth a GM's attention if they're breaking the ToS. No one is mandating you report every single thing in the universe that happens while you play (as people said it would be just filing reports all day long), but if it's something clear and obvious abuse like the OP's situation it should be reported.
