Well there goes any chance of anyone taking you seriously. You are obviously bothered by this given how you decided to go out of your way to create a topic on a public forum about it. It's a Fantasy game, people have differen't aesthetic tastes and like playing dress-up with their characters depending on said tastes. I'm not entirely sure why you keep bringing up ecchi anime into your incoherent rant. People have a variety of tastes, some people like dressing up in cool looking armor and others enjoy wearing bikini's and bathing suits. Can't we seriously leave the dead horse alone? It's hard to reply to this without sounding toxic, I'mma just say just cause some people do it doesn't mean everyone does. Sadly all it takes for something to be looked at as odd is one person. First, i dont care if the horse is dead, alive or its making the new Bojack Horseman season. If you dont like to see some kind of topics or you find them repetitive you can just not enter or leave. Easy, right?

Second, thank you for clarifying that there are people with different tastes. The topic is about what they think or what brings them to those who dress their female characters in a certain way. Again, if you don't like it, close on the way out. I don't need any more forum cops to tell me that a topic has been repeated or blablablabla.

And to finish, being a Japanese game with oriental aesthetics it's obvious that it's going to bring mostly weebs. That's why some dress the characters as their favorite pillow. I think it's easy to understand.

In my own topic I say that I myself have created female characters. So I can't find it bad or weird, what I do find strange is that most players have that taste for half-naked or wearing characters that are tanks, for example, with miniskirts and bikinis.

But I say again that the topic is about knowing their points of view. I'm not judging who does it because I don't pay their monthly fee and I'm not interested in looking into other people's lives that deeply tho.

This just proves my point though as we all know female cosmetics are typically more "sexy" while male cosmetics are usually more practical or cool. I want to clear the lala point by saying that's pretty much what you just did. I know not every player playing a lala is a pedo, BUT there are people who fall into that group, just like there are men who fall into the group you're calling odd. You know what I mean tho. Yeah Lalas aren't in every game BUT all a lala is really is a very small young looking character. And those are in almost every game. Is it the best example.. no and I'll freely admit that. But my point was that blanket judgement is covering ALOT of people who aren't those pervs you were talking about. I dunno, I might be taking too much offense to this and I'll admit to that. But it hits close to home cause as I think I mentioned I have friends who do nothing but complain that I use female characters in mmos. And they hate my reasons, which are men/dudes/guys are boring as hell to me. I'm a guy in real life and have NO interest in looking at them for prolong periods of time no matter how zoomed in or out the camera is. If I have a choice I'll always pick the more appealing option. And not because I'm some incel that can't real life. And I'm willing to bet there are alot of guys like me then the pervs who makes all of us look bad. - Want to feel superior.

- Are desperate to find a partner in a video game and all the dudes using female character make their goal harder.

The part that I hate is when people go "There's no real normal so haha!" when there is usually a norm in every group of people.

Your mind defaulted to "white girl, blond haired, blue eyed" if we are talking about this game specifically and the weebs playing it you will find a ton of asian looking au ra, and anime styled characters with blue hair and Heterochromia eyed cat girls, etc. If we want to get real. Actually, I'd say I see a ton of half naked blue skinned au ra around as well.

Because that's what I see mostly. I do not see as many differently colored chars as I see white chars, most chars are white/pale skinned. The off chance I do see a truly unique character the person behind the screen is usually female.

Because female and feminine forms are more appealing to me, feel comfortable to play and are funner to dress up which is 50% of what i like to do, either modestly or otherwise. I guess I'm a creeper according to Nims standards? I'm not sure honestly with all the anecdotes and rough generalizations... but I don't know how I'm gonna explain this one to my female friends...You think they'll forgive me for liking girls and feminine things while also respecting them as people who are more than just their bodies and forms? :(

You aren't going to find proof or even tell me where to google because there is no proof. As pedos usually stay behind the scenes they aren't going to be out in the open about liking children.

Most people that play lala's aren't pedos and there's simply no proof for that claim (pedos exist, they play chars like Elin/Lalas/Dwarves in AA, and they're awful I'm not denying their existence at all but they aren't the majority). Unlike the opposite with dudes in this thread basically admitting to such. Like, why play a female char for those reasons and then be ashamed of it? Just own up to it, if it's truly normal, it's not a problem, it's not weird and people can do whatever, just own up to it lol.

I see the true intent of this thread has surfaced..but I'm not gonna get involved in "that" discussion..

My character is dressed very close to how my mom would and she kind of looks her too. I never see her, so it's nice to have a reminder...

Oh, there is proof, and you don't even need to look that hard to find it. I just cannot link, or tell you where to go here, or I'll get banned immediately (and probably permanently). I never said a majority, I said "a lot" just like the same can be said about those guys playing females for eye candy there are "a lot" of those. There are also a lot of people who plays males for eye candy too though, especially in this game. A lot of people are into cat boys, or hrothgar, male hyur, roe, etc...

Ive had male friends play as females and dress them in those kinda ways because the alternative is looking at dude butt all day. Im just coming here to say that and nothing else lol I have no opinion.
