No it isn't. The point is to limit the rate at which players can progress. The devs don't set up limitations for OUR benefit. It's always for their own.
That's purely a personal problem. Just because you have too much on your plate doesn't mean everyone else should be limited. You need to limit yourself.I have legion event 4 days a week, ADL 2 days a week, and only have 2~3hr of playtime a night so I can realy only do 1 event a day, plus other VW and such, and 1 day for meeble burrows every week is just perfect since I don't have enough time for 2 days a week. If meeble burrows have no downtime, I won't be able to join any static at all because all the static out there will do it 24/7.
A tiny handful people probably would do the event 24/7. There's always a few nutjobs out there. There's only so much that can and should be done to account for them. Most people wouldn't be able to stand doing it that often and would be more than happy to limit themselves to a few runs a day, or their life would dictate that they do so. Also, not everyone has the same schedule every day of the week. They should be free to play at their own pace. If someone can only do 1 run a day during the week, but has time for 10 runs on Saturday then they should be able to do it that way.
