It was there but tolerable for me since Endwalker. Today I logged on and got into a dungeon to test out the fix and literally from start to finish was constant literally nonstop lagged/stuttering audio to the point I had to completely mute the game for the first time ever.

Needless to say if this keeps going on it's unplayable for me and i'll have no choice but to unsub and move on.
