Normally I test to see what the exact requirements are but I've been busy lately so haven't got the chance.
Craftsmanship Required = Minimum(1320)
Control required = Minimum(1220)
CP required = 514cp or 499cp if you have the "Stroke of Genius" trait (level 70 class quest)
Specialist required: Yes
Food required: NQ Tempura Platter which can be bought from a vendor can make getting CP requirements cheap & easy

Notes
- This is by no means the easiest/fastest rotation.
- Condition procs e.g. bad timing on excellent/poor proc could result in not hitting 100%
- The CP requirements don’t take into account the chance for CP reduction.
- Spare CP could allow for the use of ingenuity II instead which would increase progress/quality more.
- If craftsmanship is higher the last careful synthesis 3 could be changed too a 2
- This macro is assuming you're level 70

Thanks for this Tayler, it's great work. If you're willing to be a tiny bit looser with the stats, you can turn this into a 100% guaranteed macro - i.e. immune to Poor.

Craft 1346 (26 more than minimum, so needs to use Soul, melds and/or Craft Tea to hit)
Control 1220 (minimum)
CP 515 (max melded + NQ Tempura)
Requires specialist with Stroke of Genius

If you get Good/Excellent on the step before BB, it gets eaten by ToT and the 20 CP pays for the CS3(Ing2)/CS3/CS2 needed to finish the craft. If you do not, the ToT and CS3x2 fail, but then CS2(Ing2)/CS2(Ing2)/CS2 will complete. Effectively this macro branches itself.

ToT has been mentioned in what feels like every post. I should add it in the notes as it feels like there's going to be a comment about it in everything we post (unless not possible e.g. where steady hand will fall off)

I'm sure a lot of you like it & that's completely understandable but for my needs especially in a situation like this where it pushes the macro into a 3 button macro it's not worth it at least for me.
Also having to wait an additional 3 seconds each craft is just annoying.

He put ToT directly in the rotation on this. This is actually the safest way to poor protect... which I hadn't thought of since Ingenuity is up front, you are losing ingenuity stacks off the backside (rather than Innovation/Greater strides). Putting Ingenuity up at the front was rather clever. I really like that adjusted rotation. It will most certainly find its way onto my bar. You have to build in extra progress, but well worth it. I'm investigating if I can build a non specialist rotation around this same concept.

Yeah I dont understand those macros. I meet all those stat requirments and it gets jumbled at the start of the second one and things go wonky. Cant even really describe what happens

Great work Tesla - this now my specialist 2* macro of choice

Somehow I've just had my macro fail by a few points of progress, despite having used it successfully many times. You may want to add 1 Craft point to avoid this potential problem if you are using it.

Edit: Fixed and post updated. 1346 will always complete.

I tryed NJA's and i noticed some issues.

I have 536 CP with genius, and Tempura HQ. After Bryegots Blessing and Careful III i only have 6 cp left. I haven't get good or excellent status for tricks of the trade. I think the simulator used tot how it shown in the picture. It should be easy to solve if you change the first Ingenuity II to I. I personal don't need Careful III at the end with 1431 craftmanship, but maybe with lower stats.

If you get the ToT proc the careful synthesis 3 will no longer get affected by Ing 2. Might be this

If ToT doesn't proc, you expect the 2xCS3 to fail and complete it with the 3xCS2 instead.

That's factored in on the simulation, but in practice it seems to round differently and miss by a few points. Can be fixed by another point or 2 of Craft, will check tonight. Odd thing is I'm sure I've had it work fine yesterday

A little weird. Only other thing that comes to mind is if you have different melds on tools for different specialists. So you might have slightly low craftsmanship for 1 specialist & not the others?

After throwing some time and Gil at testing, it does appear that progress can fail in certain circumstances. Adding 3 Craft was insufficient to fix this, but adding 6 was enough to make sure it completes exactly even with no procs. I've updated the rotation to state this requirement. (Did not test 4 or 5 more, but playing it safe.). I've achieved this by melding 2xCraft I materia, but it could be covered by any method.

The old Craft requirement will be enough if you choose to up your CP by using HQ Tempura or adding a CP Tea, but the point of the rotation was to use just NQ Tempura. Given how cheap Craft I materia are, the extra melds seem the best way to go.

Sorry for the confusion. Love the rotation now that I'm confident it's fixed!

I have 1362 Crafts, even food effects wear off during craft can still finish with III,III and II.

I have 1352 craftsmanship, and it worked 95% of the time, but I still got the odd fail - I assume due to a poor condition midway.

I changed your rotation to this, to get another CSIII in, which now gives me enough progress, sacrificing quality.

What's the point of using ingenuity twice like that? Couldn't you just save it until the end and do all the carefuls at once for less CP requirement?

Since lvl 70** is higher than our level it also affects quality

Your last set of Touches is boosted both by your IQ stacks and by Ingenuity, meaning each gives a sizeable chunk of quality on its own. Simply getting to IQ 11 and using a boosted Byregot isn't enough for 70** recipes, you need to build up decent quality as you go.

Weird. 1346 should complete every time, I've never had an issue. Condition should not affect progress gains, but I do wonder whether there is a rounding bug somewhere which is causing occasion fails on rotations that should exactly complete. Glad you found a workaround. I'll stick with my version unless/until I start getting the same issue!

Well, this is what i came up to when the patch hit and it worked always fine to me, i hope it can be useful to you as well even if it may be just like discovering hot water.
Also thank you Tyler for you effort on optimizing stuffs for crafters, I used a lot of your stuffs back in HW.
I tend to meld more control than craftmanship in my gear and i picked that up due to Tempura platter HQ being the best viable choice (to me at least) and the leftovers of baked onion soup still in my retainers from the previous patch.
This can be done by using one of these options. CP medication / either use both tools meldable / Blue MH and Capped CP on OH

Huh, all these years of crafting and I never knew that ingenuity effected quality. Good to know.

Only if the recipe is higher than your current level. So at level 70, it will only affect quality on 70* and 70** recipes (which are deemed to be higher than 70).

It will affect progress regardless of level.
