High with the settings turned up to max. Makes me sad because I got Extremely High on the 2.0 benchmark.
But I'm getting a new graphics card and CPU before HW is released, so yeah.

I scored 7037 whilst recording :)
It got to almost 8000 without.
(On everything maxed out)

So for complete giggles I decided to run the test on a Late 2013 15" Macbook Pro Retina.... AT FULL RESOLUTION!
FINAL FANTASY XIV: Heavensward Benchmark
Score: 1847 Slightly Low
2880x1800 Standard (Laptop) DirectX11 Full Screen
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4850HQ CPU @ 2.30GHz
NVIDIA GeForce GT 750M
7692 on my almost four year old computer with gtx 570/dx11/1980x1200
Made use of SLI and scores jumped up to 8666. :P
Still have yet to benchmark on my gaming computer but I don't play this game anymore so not much of a point other than to brag.
Dumped my R9 290 and went for GTX970 SLI instead
1440p maximum

Apparently you need more than 3GB of VRAM to run the benchmark at 5k :D
Lowest score yet?

Finally got the time to run the benchmark myself!
First run was with Maximum settings - which I will definitely not use (Even before running the test I knew that I wouldn't use it)
http://i.imgur.com/X5hjqGq.png
Now with custom settings, which are as close as possible to those I use when playing 2.x
http://i.imgur.com/9hN2E2U.png
The .txt-files say that the max. benchmark ran at ~38fps while the custom one ran at ~55fps. I use to play with locked 30fps which leads to my next point: The usage of my GPU and CPU during the benchmark(s).
My CPU was overall dozing, except for the loading screens where it woke up. At the meantime, during both tests!, my GPU was crying for help.... at 99% usage D: (I am using GPU-Z to check that)
I notice this while playing 2.x as well, which is why I keep it at 30fps, because that cuts down my GPU usage to like 30-40% or so. I sure hope that they won't take out the "lock fps"-setting for the Heavensward client...
Forgot to add something: Didn't run it on my SSD, if that makes a difference. (I plan to use it for Heavensward ofc)
Yes, I play at that weird resolution 8D
i just hope AMD release some new drivers for heavensward :( , i wonder why a friend with my PC (he changed GPU 2 years ago to R7 265x) is getting worse results than me running an old 5850hd , i laugh at him becuase while he could play Shadow of mordor at high , and watchdogs at high too i was having some fps issues D:
I tested mine several days ago but I still have the notepad with the information in it.

Well, when I updated my drivers, got like 69xx, almost 7000. But I want a bigger number, not because of the e-peen but because I want an stable FPS number even during stressing GPU moments (Flashy stuff everywhere, a lot of sprites on screen, etc) My processor is kinda old too. I think I need to replace everything. D: I'm running the game with a i7 2600k (Not OC'd) with a GTX 660 ti OC II edition. I'm not sure if I should get that score in a first place. However this game (or the benchmark at least) looks more GPU dependant. So if I buy a GTX 970 which is truly affordable in my country, I might be able to increase that number by a noticeable margin. But I gotta wait for like 2 months before I can buy it. Just in time for the expansion!
Just under 13k on my new rig, max settings at native resolution of 1680x1050 on DX11

DX9 was a bit higher

And for giggles I ran the original FFXIV 1.0 Benchmark at 1920x1080 windowed (2 resolution choices, 720p and 1080p both windowed only).

Also ran the original FFXIVARR benchmark, got like 8000. Forgot to screenshot it though.
^ can you even find the original bench anywhere anymore?
YES.

I invested in 2 new GTX980s from Gigabyte, the G1Gaming and it bumped my Score with my old GTX Titan from 5200 all the way up to 14000+ on Max and 1600p resolution.
HEAVENSWARD, I AM READY FOR YOU ^^

New to FFXIV and enjoying the game, its pretty and fun. Runs great! Here is my score on the benchmark:

Asus strix 970. Score at my native res of 1440p was 8063, but most everyone else is running 1080 so I posted that. I'm happy with the results, next week I get my second Asus 970 can't wait!
GTX 970 seems to be the way to go all these benchmarks with higher scores are either that, a titan, or some other card in SLI. I wonder if I can get something maybe in the 150$-250$ range that'll get a decent score at least on high desktop.
Got myself a Asus PB287Q 4K monitor today, and my Score went from 14100 on 2560x1600, down to 7800+ on 3840x2160 on Max settings.
I am pretty happy with my new Gigabyte G1Gaming GTX980s ^^
My I5 4690K could have been better though, but cant afford that this year. Maybe next year I will invest in the latest I7 CPU :)
Yeah I've been looking into those 2 cards exactly. Nvidia has won me over in recent years thanks to the gtx 650ti boost that i've been sporting since ARR release so I may go with the 960 but I've heard nothing but good things about the upper end R9 series from ati. *sigh* decisions, decisions. My options are slightly limited as well because my case isnt huge.
5187 "very high" everything maxed running at 1920x1080 in DX11.
Considering I can run the current game client smooth as butter with everything maxed @ 2560 x 1440 downsampled to 1920x1080 via Nvidia DSR never dropping below 30fps even in large crowds/battles/dungeons, I'm not overly concerned since DX11 will actually improve performance.
My PC specs ( which aren't impressive since I last upgraded 3-4 years ago ):
Processor: Intel Pentium G3220 Haswell Dual-Core 3.0GHz LGA 1150 54W Desktop Processor
Memory: G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Desktop Memory Model F3-10666CL9D-8GBRL
Motherboard: ASRock H81M-DGS R2.0 LGA 1150 Intel H81 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard
Video Card: ASUS GTX660-DC2O-2GD5 G-SYNC Support GeForce GTX 660 2GB 192-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card
Operating System: Windows 10 Pro Technical Preview 10074
I got a score of 6328 with a 1920x1080 monitor in max settings and with Directx11. Yay :D Not amazing, but I'm very happy with it.
Here is my system's score:

14313 @MAXIMUM QHD Quality on ASUS SWIFT PG278Q G-SYNC ENABLED.
Next time I will try it on 4K.
Something I have noticed using a 4K monitor, is when I turn my GFX settings from MAX to just Standard, I can hardly see ANY difference.
Anti Aliasing is also pointless to have activated as the 4K resolution has 4 times the amount of pixels anyway. So with my new custom settings, I had a score of 10358 on 4K resolution :D
