Please, do not side with a multi billion dollar a year company telling you they do not have the resources to put digital hats on characters. Please. It takes them minutes to make enough for the extra salaries that would require.

Honestly, even if we take the problem at face value and accept that it's an issue they can't easily address...
If they wanted to add a bestial race as a playable option then they could have taken five minutes to look at how WoW and ESO handle their equivalent bestial races. In both games, gear is altered around specific features. In ESO, unique hairstyles and helmets are provided to compensate for anything the bestial races miss out on where the more human looking playable races are concerned.
Imagine telling players of said races that they would receive updates, not give it to them without telling them you changed your mind, and then trying to place the blame on the players
Are people really this much of a clown?
What is with this rampant blind support of obvious problems being like "WeLl ThE pLaYeRs KnEw". The issue here is not so much the hair (at least not to me). Its the empty promises of being told "Please keep waiting" only to be thrown garbage....
A friend of mine echoed your sentiment. He used a pretty bad analogy
"Me: Imagine if yoshi asked you to borrow $200, said he'd give it back ASAP and 10 years later, he didn't give it back
Him: He may have taken the $200, but he gave you a mansion
Me: The walls are falling in, the electricity and plumbing are faulty, and there are holes all in the roof and the walls. Doesnt matter if he gave me a mansion, its still in a deplorable condition that makes it almost unlivable...."
We no longer talk about XIV together anymore (we still talk. Just no longer about XIV because he knows how passionate I am about this subject...)(
The "controversy" of the story only really exists within a small subsect of the community. When Endwalker first released, the plot received almost universal praise and people who didn't like it were a massively-downvoted minority. But as more people start reaching the end of 6.0, or have more time to think on it after the spectacle and rush of first-time-play has died down, we've started to see more criticism. Despite that, the VAST majority still love the story, whether or not they acknowledge flaws.
But as I've said before, you'd be forgiven for thinking otherwise, because the plot-critical threads on this forum have been teetering on becoming an echo chamber.
I don't even get why "but players knew" is an argument against feedback in the first place.
Lets say you have a favorite restaurant. You like it, but the menu is a bit boring and hasn't changed at all in years so customers request some variety. The restaurant adds a few new dishes, but tells you that cooking food is hard, so they're going to cut a few ingredients, half cook it and leave the occasional bit of turd in it. But they might cook it properly later!
Customers respond with the feedback that "hey, half done meals with surprise turds aren't very appealing, we aren't happy" and next thing a small group of random people appear out of nowhere, shove them back and yell at them them to shut up, eat it and that they should be happy to pay money for it because the restaurant told them the food would be crap from the start.
Makes no sense? Exactly.
Honest question I'd like to hear an honest to for you and everyone else that uses accessibility as an argument for what happened to healers:
do you know the difference between skill floor and skill ceiling?
Hyperboles as usual.
As has been pointed out numerous times: your AST is level 51 and you have GNB listed as your main. You are not exactly in a position to comment on the deep-rooted issues the entire role has because you simply lack experience and that is fine.
Whether you ever get it or not is up to you but there is a good reason for people usually not barging into discussion about a class when they have barely played them.
And healer gets worse the more you play it, not the other way around. You misread that. Right now you're enjoying it precisely because you're still very inexperienced and low level at that.
