Yes it does, it just limits that check to the given world.
False. When it was in perfect alignment it caused unintended problems with other parts of the FC code. So it was rolled back and the discrepancy has lived as a loophole ever since.
It should be 1 personal house, 1 Apartment and 1 FC house in an fc owned by you per SERVICE ACCOUNT not per dc.
Hell, why not make it one per family?
We tried, many times. We gave up because every time we bring up a criticism he either ignores it or quotes us out of context and strawmans. I have asked him many times to provide proof of his claims, any of them, and every time he's either ignored me or moved the goalposts. So he's on my block list now. I wish more people would follow suit rather than feeding the troll.
https://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodes.../housing_land/ Here this will save a lot of trouble..
"You do not have a character on the same World on the same service account that purchased and maintains a free company plot" <-- Does not Apply to the Transfer of FC leadership
So what exactly is your argument then? It couldn't be that you didn't have one I'm sure. When you have multiple characters on the same world, on the same service account, that own a FC plot it's an invalidation of the requirement written. The only reason the loophole exists is because of a technical limitation. It's not an invitation for abuse.
Probably by better enforcing plot requirements for ownership. You know, balance the actual ownership as intended.
The current system can't be balanced.. FC trade for RMT og GIL is a big thing in FFXIV as well.... it is better to make FC houses instanced where you can enter them eg. via the Grand Company you alligned it with and make wards for people wanting a house only.
Current system does not allow or permit any form of trades between players for player owned housing plots, the FC method does permit RMT and plots is sold on shady sites for Real Life Funds as well as Gil.
Demonetizing special materials for submarines and more could be a good thing as well and other things among it.... such as when you return with your ship/submarine you get 200 of that material you picked up, to prevent the farms from happening as well.
After all the gas lighting I do not believe playing victim suits you. Though I must say there's some poetry in going full circle.
No one wants to take anything away from people who acquired plots as intended, this includes those grandfathered before 2018. There's a reason why the discord and the community at large always warns of the precarious nature of exploiting loopholes. Abuse like that is against TOS and much like shaders flys under the radar until it attracts enough attention.
You know there is a group of FCs on Marileth that is literally the same people Im suspecting, with 1 or two people in said free company. They took the entire Goblet ward 1 plots 31 to 60. How is that even fair for those ppl who want plots? Whatever. Whoever they are must have a lot of Gil to blow to own and entire ward.
Oh I have a house already, I was thinking more about the other players or FCs more so than me. I did my best, saved my gil and got myself a nice house. Its not perfect, but its perfect for me. I'm just baffled that someone bought an entire FC ward. Kinda surprised, but whatever. Housing will always be what ppl grumble about no matter how much they try to balance it. I mean, the lottery system is okay I guess? Not perfect, but its workable.
But you are saying that it is not? Why should people allow them self to exploit their way with current system to multiple FC houses that takes op plots, it would be better to get rid of the houses and instead making them into guildhalls accessed by the Grand Company you founded the FC at and make it kind of like the squadrons or something down those lines and maybe with a touch of Island Sanctuary as well, but with apartments and a workshop door inside.
FC's need little room to make them keep on going, and instancing it like this would also take alot of ressources away from the server as well, before yelling up about people 'losing' medium/large houses on their FC's and the likes, then take a look of the current business of same named FC's that from place to place block entire wards, serving little use to the health of any of the servers community.
You yourself don't even know.
You do not even have a shred of proof that details an actual RMT transaction between any parties. You and everyone before you. Nothing but assumptions.
All you do is wave around the Terms of Service like some Bible trying to ward away heretics, but without actually reading or acknowledging the nature of it's contents.
That's what a psychopath does.
By the way. The Terms of Service is not evidence.
It's pearl clutching that it's possible, and therefore constitutes an emergency that must immediately be acted upon. Also disingenuous, considering they had at least two threads removed because they actually did post names and screenshots. So now we get "I'm not touching you" responses as if all of us who saw those posts have forgotten them.
I do know, the answer is no one.
Well which one is it? It certainly looks like appeasement
is always a mistake.
If you have something to offer go for it otherwise the goal post moving is getting pretty trite. But for the sake of posterity I will again post the relevant sections.

It's not a bug or an exploit if the official housing guide describes the conditions and steps required to buy additional houses.
