Someone asked a GM if they could sell IRL art for gil in game and the GM's said it would be concidered RMT. So your example is just more RMT.Quote:

You are correct, the minority shouldn't dictate the whole and yet it still does. (IE: Balance changes are tweaked around coil, not general gameplay through dungeons.)
However the minority that can actually benefit from crafted gear exclusively because it helps them push past what the current gearing can give them? Those people have no affect on you, no matter how much you try to say so.
Unless you are competing in the World First environment, someone else buying crafted gear never affected you.

Honestly this system would not effect me at all, I have lots of money both in real life and in the game. If anything I would get some free sub time. It would however put people with less money in real life or in the game at a disadvantage compared to people who have a lot of it. That's why I care and that's why I think it's wrong. -

The outcry against it was huge when the cash shop was brought in, and continued on with EB rings. Oh, let's not forget Yoshi himself saying NO PAY TO WIN with a big X with his arms, so if we take his word, lol you'll never see it anyway.
