I completely appreciate teething troubles, I know how these things work, I forgive any company for that... what I can never condone is poor customer service, when thousands of players are trying to play and get nothing but error codes and blank screens with no info as to why they are down or at least feedback that problems are being resolved then you are not providing customer service. People are paying to have access, if they cant have access the very least they can have is customer service representatives to keep them in the loop. Not having this is making a bad situation much worse, exacerbating existing ill feeling and only sullying the square-enix name further.
Game is good, servers will get fixed, but don't fail your player base this early by shutting them out.
