Idk, I watched from the beginning and she casts Death Sentence at 1:36, 2:15, 2:48, 3:26 and then finally the one you refer to.

No, you should pay attention to what you, yourself wrote. I will refer to it again though for clarity.
See the bolded text that you wrote above? I highlighted it in red this time. That is what I referred to. Twintania does cast Death Sentence numerous times before 50% and you said she did not. It is in the video. That is all I pointed out because I happened to notice it. Note, I was not commenting on anything BUT THAT DISCREPANCY, not its significance to the fight, not Conflags, nothing else just the fact that she does cast it at those times obove..

The video is just further proof of how badly the fight is designed and that twister is indeed bugged. My company alone has some 75 different variations of surviving twister,each with a 50-75% success rate. I don't know of any other mechanic in a game where you can do the wrong thing and be rewarded for it which made any progression frustrating and boring since you had to sit through 10 mins of mind numbing and buggy mechanics for 2-3 chances a pull to try and figure out which dance around the twister would allow you to live.

Death Sentence is just one of the issues, you are negating virtually every aspect that makes that phase difficult. The boss is pretty much a pinata that auto attacks every once in a while when she can. LOS on a spell is pretty noticeable being there are pillars in the room. The boss never stops doing mechanics, it will move in LOS of the target and keep chugging along. LOS and not being eligible to attack are two entirely different things. Twin tania essentially stop doing anything until her last target becomes available and her script restarts. Stop trying to compare two things that have nothing to do with eachother.

Honestly the Conflag phase is the easiest part of the fight, if this is intended or not I believe it takes nothing away from BG and a well deserved world first.

Had. Past-tense. You're on a non-legacy server and you have more useful Allagan drops than half of our group. You forget that you can't choose what drops in Coil and with poor luck (like we've had at times) you end up getting a lot of doubles or things you can't even put to use in your progression group, so it's effectively useless. Yes, you can argue non-legacy can get drops they don't even have the jobs to use- but just being legacy doesn't mean you use every single job available. We get tons of dragoon stuff and we never use dragoon. We get tons of BLM stuff and we only really use the extra stuff on Turn 4. We get relatively little tank loot and even less healer loot. There are quite a few non-legacy FCs with higher average party ilevels than our group has, with better geared tanks and better geared DPS. The gear advantage was effectively gone within a week of our Turn 4 kill (which many of us did in full darklight, and outside of relic shield +1 which doesn't help your DPS at all- none of us had relic+1 weapons at the time. same as non-legacy), and non-legacy have had more than 2 full weeks during Turn 5 bug fixes to catch up even more.

There's no need to continue making excuses for non-legacy. Legacy still enjoys the perks of (potentially) having a few more level 50 jobs and/or a bit more gil, but any differences in gear at this point boil down to poor luck on Coil drops or laziness farming mythology. Simple as that.

my thoughts exactly (on bolded text on why this should not be taken too seriously), though Onolock did bring this up and it is a legitimate concern in my opinion.

though, I'm still trying to understand if circling around during twister is an intended strat or it's just because of a buggy boss mechanic? either way, bg did a good job figuring out how to combat twister mechanic.

I hear they'll be posting some explanation about the fight, and twisters, looking forward to read that.
