Also, Midlander males are the only race/clan option with 6 faces, though two are with or without stubble and are the default "Meteor" face. So they have 5 sculpts.
All other races will share the same 8 face sculpts between each clan, 4 male and 4 female.
For Roes, it's only skin tone and Hellsguard have a dark "ash" parch on their noses that's different.
Elezen, it's only skin tone and the coloring of built in make-up, which is uniquely heavy on Elezen.
Lalafell have the eyes.
Yeah, Viera men were a new design to FFXIV (they exist in the other Ivalice games, but we've never seen one), and they are smaller than women, but still a taller race. Our hope was for them to be closer to a Midlander in height or shorter, but they're still another "tall."
Edit:
I forgot to mention tails and ears! They are all consistently shared between clans identically. That lion tail that keeps coming up is available to all Miqo'te, all genders and clans, it's just extremely rare. Also, very few generic or important NPCs use shorter tails. G'raha and Y'shtola, for example, both use max length tails, and a Moonkeeper using either of the types they do will have the same length at 100%. It's another "in the books but not in game" detail that's rampant with Miqo'te. Seekers don't actually have the shorter ears and tails at all. I actually haven't looked into Au Ra regarding this, but I think they're commonly at the default 50% with NPCs.
