This is the first and only time they've ever outright said they are actively in the process of rectifying the problem. In the past it has always just been noncommittal responses or outright rejections such as "we'll see what we can do", "that would be very difficult" or "there would be a lot of clipping". Here he actually says the process is underway which we already knew from patch data around 6.5, but seeing it confirmed in words is a big step until we start actually seeing results. The entire procedure of standardizing facial polygons between each race is part of this I reckon.
A new Eureka-Bozja has been confirmed since a few days after NA fanfest so this is just further confirmation of what we already knew. I just wouldn't expect big updates on it until post 7.0 because Bozja also wasn't announced at all until the 5.2-ish liveletter.
