Okay thanks, I see it there at the very least. But do we just wait to see if it works by the time of Maintenance? I would like to do something to try to fix this as soon as possible but I don't really know what to do.

This makes me feel somewhat better I was freaking out

If your concerns are about the collectors and pre-order content those will be included in the game's download by default, it's all just locked away unless you have the necessary license. If you go to the store and look of stormblood you'll find that the standard edition is Unavailable to you because you have already bought the game, by which you've bought the license to access once the patch hits the actual game. PSN is buggy when it comes to things like this because it can't seem to keep track of something like this, but so long as the license is there you'll have no issues.

I'm having the same issue when I went to check my service list it says I still have everything from the pre-order and early assess I think because of the theme being able to preload messed up the timer for the game and when It went to down download the game it had nothing to download so when it's ready to download I say it's just gonna happen also my add-ons shows that I have 2 it though doesn't show up when I click on my Add on it says I just have heavens ward but I think it's there is just a invisible until were able to get it

Same bro, but my friend showed me a loophole to see preorder clock download the theme, click on preorder theme and storblood preorder clock shows!

I will check when i get back home tonight. The avatar though, i got the day i purchased the Pre-Order.

Yup, I'm having the same issue with my pre-order. I can see the theme/avatar just fine but the pre-order itself is not showing up in my library, just in the transaction/service lists.

I really hope it doesn't screw anything up for us.

IT won't show up in the library, it's an ADD-ON, not a game itself, even though the DLC is in the Pre-order game section.

I swear the heavensward expansion showed up in the library though

it didn't, and its not there now.

It does show up in the add on section under final fantasy ARR in the library though.

Switch to PC and this stuff doesn't happen

I bought the preorder the day it popped up on the PS store and then I didn't see the preorder in my stuff so I thought it got cancelled or something so I bought it again and now I'm finding out about this problem. Seems I have bought it twice now... on the phone with support..

Really? Cause I remember a fair number of issues with the PC release of Heavensward if you had bought ARR off Steam or something.

On Topic: My download queue now has 6 Download Errors for Game "N/A" and a Pre-Order Payment Failed for Game "N/A". Since this is the only thing I've preordered recently, this has me concerned once again. At least it's still in my add-ons for FFXIV.

I was able to download the theme. It doesn't appear to be usable still cause it has a countdown for me at least when i go to themes to try and apply it. The Avatar however appears to have an error and I've tried download it again but the error remains.

Sony still they working on the issue and they have a fix soon. That you don't need to rebuy nothing.

I don't want to start yet another thread for PS4 related early access so I'll just ask here. I purchased the PS4 physical copy through SE on June 8th, got my code from SE, put that in and got my code to put in on PSN, which I did. Since then I have seen nothing to indicate success except Stormblood early access showing up in my transaction history if I pull it up online. Nothing on mog station, in download que, and it's not listed in my services list. Does this sound correct for someone who ordered the physical copy?

should I wait to make my preorder then ?

Tip for those having issues, just to cover your bases if you don't wind up getting the CE, check your email for a confirmation code. It's a PSN code, not a SE code, but keep that handy if things don't pan out. I'm having these issues as well with the CE pre-order.

I thought the expac was supposed to link the license to the game automatically..are you saying you received a early access code for the digital PSN CE edition?

EU (GB/UK) i just have no theme or Avatar at the moment, but still have the timer, if i dont have a download i am just going to get the normal Expac game on steam and write a e-mail to Sony support.

If you search Stormblood in the store, it will show the game as unavailable. If you hit "Tell me more", it says that it's because you already own it. I believe it's a matter of the countdown clock being broken, but it's still disconcerting.

Wonder if the store update tomorrow will fix things.

No, I mean that I got a confirmation email from PSN with a code that is evidence of my purchase of the CE edition. The tip I gave was to remind everyone to check their emails so that they have their purchase codes in case complications arise later on and we need to present them as proof of purchase to PSN. This way we have proof that we bought the CE in case some of us only wind up getting the standard edition on release. I hope that makes sense. My brain isn't functioning 100% today.

This has nothing to do with it.

However, my Stormblood Theme just pinged as downloading. Except... when I tried to "Adjust Theme" after it was done, it just took me to the ACTUAL Stormblood countdown page again. Very weird, but all things look as if they should be fine...?

As am I, considering it removed the expansion on my screen as bought. Even though I still have a liscense for it and the early release.

Also preorder CE on PSN and for some reason it's not showing that I did in my mogstation. Anyone else have this issue?

I talked with a Sony rep and they said it will dL tomorrow. So I'll have to wait n see.

It won't show up on Mogstation until after it downloads.

In the purchased section, it shows the access you have and the dates it will be available. But it should be fixed by the 14th or 15th

It's not even showing up as a purchase for me :mad:
