If they referred to the almost-one-year-ago 2.0 release, there wouldn't be the world NOW. Pretty sure they are speaking about new content approaching. :)
And maybe this content will be added before expansion, who knows. But the 2 new classes are confirmed by yoshida to appear at E3 in any case.

The card Says "Now With" In English this would imply that either since release of ARRor 1.0. Legally speaking they can and business wise it would be best to compare it to 1.0. "Now With" new classes means anyone who played at 1.0 launch or 2.0 launch and is coming back would have new classes to play, well we don't and that card is in present tense not future. SE lie's a lot, or I should say SE hires people who like to word things liberally. We have a couple new class since 1.0, and zero since 2.0 so the word classes and now can not go in the same sentence legally and talk about 2.0, otherwise if someone goes and buys a copy that hasn't played since 2.0 launch they can Sue SE for false advertisement.

Well 2.2 dropped the new class hint then add the fact that Yoshi-P said he wanted to add a Thief/Assassin class next. If would be cool if he added new jobs for current classes though.

"Now with" is open to interpretation until it is made clear what it specifies.
To me that personally means that, since the launch of A Real Reborn, the game has evolved to the point where those things have happened or will happen with the upcoming content they will showcase at E3 such as the 2.3 content and the expansion.
Personally arguing over who is right and who is wrong is pointless drama. We getting Letter from the Producer LIVE at E3 (English) today, "please look forward to it". -

It's pretty obvious it means they are showing this new stuff at E3. This reminds me of before release when scholar was accidentally leaked on that promo picture wearing scholar AF gear and there were still a ton of people who absolutely refused to believe it was actually scholar.

You could assume that one of the next patches will include new Jobs. Like stated earlier, he could not give informations out yet, or he would not have much left to announce at E3. That implies that they will talk about new classes, shiva is also everywhere and you could assume it is coming along with a new Area, since Giga's dont really have a "Stronghold" yet.
It also states on the card "Classes", not one but more than one. From 1.0 to 2.0 there was ONE new Class, so you could also assume it is refering to the current state/upcoming patches, since "Classes" does not fit 1.0, or 2.0 Release.
Tomorrow is the first show and there will be a couple more. I would guess the best is saved for the later second Part of the Live Letter and also for the last show. They probably will hint about it tomorrow and get more into it over the next Days. -

"New Classes" reaches to both the new, unrevealed classes as well as the previous Arcanist. I would like to believe a company as professional as Square Enix would not make a mistake on their E3 card. If anything, this might very well be a slight teaser for the expansion as well, in the vaguest way.
In retrospect after E3, the card will make that much more sense after the announcements and should be seen as such hencforth. -

Eh if they wanna play with the mix a bit, oh well. Pun absolutely intentional. Dragoon and Monk were almost never positional, Paladin/Knight almost always had White Magic, White Mage almost never had elemental nukes, etc etc. :p Having their iconic ability is of course something that should be expected. We'd all go crazy on them if Mix wasn't there. It's just that they could just make Mix an ability too: a random effect on a cooldown. They could even split it into healing and damage Mixes. It'd be weird...but they could do it.
I know I'm coming off as a Chemist fanboy but I'm not trying to (besides Time Mage > all, so there! ). Just that, can't discount something because of how it used to be done. MMOs make it so the rules have to be changed. They've already changed abilities in this game against what they used to do: Jump used to make the Dragoon invincible for a turn or so, for example. -

A.) There's too many veils of potions that are being piled up and they can't be easily disposed. To dispose of the "waste", since they are reaching their expiration date, the guild has created a magical pouch has been created so you can go toss those concoctions at your friends or enemies.
B.) You can do instant mixtures but their effects are temporary making it a viable battle class but not a long term 'seller" like the DoH.
