Any given translation is always going to be aimed at its native-speaking audience and their sensibilities, so I don't really know what to tell you. You can either filter it out and write it off as part of their crude humour, or try a different version. I think French is supposed to be the closest to Japanese, while German typically aligns more closely with the English (in my experience, anyway. I don't know if it's strictly universal.) There are a lot of nuances about Emmanellain being something of a ne'er-do-well, if it doesn't reach you, that might be a you thing.
Well, the game used to receive a lot of positive reactions about its use of puns, jokes and various innuendoes, so it seemed to land with its target audience. If anything, complaints have only increased with the lighter tone it's taken these days. And you might not think it's funny or particularly good and find it "strange", but going back to my original post, I think that's a matter of personal opinion than necessarily an error on the localisation team's part.
