man if i could of taken the time to read the whole thing I might have understood there was a point. But after reading to loong paragraphs of "stop apologizing" blah blah blah it was annoying. Why shouldn't they apologize? They have to run it from a business point of view also. Sure they do not always have to say sorry for everything but it is also how you show your respect to the dedication we have as clients.

I agree man. I love to actually see someone that still cares about the "people" at the end of the day.

I have a hard time believing a lot of people on here cause of their constant language & respect they show towards others. I will always 100% respect someone's opinion. Will never tell them there are wrong, stupid or anything. But also speak my opinion without trying to force it upon anyone.
