It's out of courtesy and professionalism for the apologies. It is not needed but the Japanese are very polite people as well. I'm sure they respect our patience and support just as we respect their citizens and what they need to do to get through the hardships of what is happening over there. Don't forget we are human first and everyone deserves respect whether you're going through good times or bad times. SE appreciates their fanbase just as the fanbase appreciates SE and its employees. The appreciation and understanding is mutual and no one who has the right mindset wants to see anyone go through hard times whether it be through experiencing a natural disaster or being bored/addicted and needing your gaming fix.

Of course our situation is not at all as bad as Japan's, but SE and the Japanese appreciate us just the same I'm sure.
