Can anyone please explain to me how this is even remotely relevant to the original discussion?
Thanks.

Opinions are opinions. Keep 'em that way.
Maybe maybe not. That's up to you to figure out. Look at the LS i'm in on my FFXI profile You see a leader Linkshell?
No wait, the whole F'n ls quit the and the rest quit the game. Get the picture? I Don't need an AH rank to know fact from fiction. People hated the way the game went and took their money with them.
How do I know this? Real friends explain themselves before they leave/quit and I've been seeing a lot of attitudes like the OP recently.

Reason not worthwhile to reply to a troll
I support the players like the OP who give good comments not the people who want to sweep dirt under the rug.

I can say we agree on something. The people who left where really upset with VW gear. They couldn't get it and the gear they owned was outclassed by it. Wait until crafting gets raised to 150 and the new gear from seekers comes out. From what I hear this new area is going to be OLD school set for 99's like areas where made for 75's. Players used to Abby and all these freebie temps might be screaming then to.
Opinion: At least crafting might be relevant again with all the temps and hard to get gear becoming craft stuff.

we do'nt disagree that people leave FFXI, but using AH ranking is stupid!
lot of people never went on community profil or went in to hide everything.
+ we just got a new director, most of what has been added recently was started under Tanaka direction we can hope next events will be better
Making the statement that using the AH ranking is stupid just shows you don't know how to utilize the information from it. So whats stupid the people who can't figure it out or someone who figured it out among people who can't?
Obviously, most people lost touch with what they really want done in this game. The original poster pointed out flaws as people flooded the topic with sarcastic insults to undermine his/her intelligence. WE all agree players are quitting like the OP.
Unless you have another method or inside information about subscribers then you have less relevance then someone who uses the ranking system. The reason why, at least the ranking system uses statistics to back things up instead of full blown conjecture.
So, show us how you figure the approximate gains and losses to the subscriber base. Lets see the flow charts if you want to get serious. I'll give you a hint. Maybe you should look at the census as evidence.
I'm waiting...![]()
