Lets make Merits exchangable to CP/AN/IS

I really doubt this will happen in any form, unless SE expands on the merit system further or adds a higher level version. This is a ten year old issue. Experience earned at the cap is wasted, but there is still things you can do with that job beyond earning experience. The only thing that has changed in the last ten years is what the point is where experience starts getting wasted.

However, there are problems increasing CP/AN/IS gain can create problems because you can buy things with those to sell to other players. Those items could potentially be devalued immensely as a result. That has a whiplash against the few new players coming into the game because they can actually make a fair amount of money reselling that gear after they used it. So, there is a minor economic issue that could be created just for the sake of people not feeling like experience is being "wasted" even though their primary motive for what they are doing isn't experience anyways.

Since it seems a lot of players are experiencing a shortage of seals, what if a type of exchange were possible to trade merits for BCNM orbs. You could do a one way exchange with Shami to store your merits. Then spend 30 merits for a KS30 orb, or save up 99 to do a KS99. More of a pipe dream, spend merits to get a ra/ex item to gain access to locked battlefields like Fiat Lux, provided you meet all of the requirements except for the zone control part of it.

As much as I like the idea I can safely say that will never happen with with gil drop BC's, I'd be meriting non stop getting ks99 orbs to get King pops :O
