This is just not remotely true. You appear to have absolutely no experiance in this area whatsoever.
I suspect you still think japanese women all wear yukatas and kimonos and guys all carry around samurai swords?

It actually amazes me how you can still spout this absolute crap without any personal experiance with real japanese people outside of FFXI. In my whole time in Japan I have never once recieved a negative gainjin based or otherwise racial comment. On the other hand I get かっこいい kakkoii or イケメン ikemen comments all the time. I have worked in some small almost host-like bars, and had both men and women who can hardly speak any english or sometimes none at all want to talk to me. If I go to a bar for a beer, someone will almost always come over or call me over and want to have a conversation or a drink.

Also for kinggalka and anyone else who's interested in some basic japanese, surprisingly, about.com is pretty decent for the basic stuff. It's definitely not 100% accurate but it will give you some general starting points.
