Consolidated thread of unresponsive NPCs in Coerthas Central Highlands, affecting the worlds of: Ultros, Excalibur, Gilgamesh and Cactuar.
There are currently 16 threads, many pages, many posts, and formatted bug reports. The issue is spreading, affecting more worlds and more NPCs I have compiled the threads I could find and listed the affected world, npc, zone, quests and where people made a formatted bug report, I added it in. I will try to add people's additional formatted reports and any stray threads I missed when able.

Same problem can not continue my quest The Rose and the Unicorn. NPC Carrilaut is just not responsive. I submitted an in game ticket Saturday. Got a response back. "Go to the the forums and post" There wasn't any we're sorry, we're trying to fix this. Only you're not using the in game bug report correctly go to the forums and make a post............ Seriously........
