    NPC Unresponsive - Carrilaut

    The NPC Carrilaut at the Observation Camp at Coerthas has my Story Quest line over his head where it is acceptable. I tried to talk to him, but nothing happens. I've seen a few others also having my problem as well in chat.

    Yeah, I can confirm this is happening too. The Merchant in the Observatorium (same location) isn't responsive, either. I've submitted bug reports for both in-game.

    Can confirm. Quest is the one following Three for Three. Large crowd of people around me also unable to initiate the quest.

    It seems like it's the whole area, the NPC for levequest turn-ins in the Observatorium is unresponsive on Excalibur as well

    Hopefully that means a fix will be patched soon.
