NPC Unresponsive- Francel

So far, SE's acknowledgment of issues today is for Garuda, players having issues logging in.

Alright, since this is the biggest thread on the issue, I am posting this here. Others feel free to post it in appropriate threads.
The issue is spreading, affecting more worlds and more NPCs I have compiled the threads I could find and listed the affected world, npc, zone and quests:

The one thing that sticks out is all unresponsive NPCs seem to be in Coerthas Central Highlands (thus far). Good luck guys. I hope this helps the devs.

Mayhaps we should find some way to inform the event managers at the Tokyo Game Show about this on-going issue. Would be a big hit to popularity in the Asian front, but...

Wonderful job Cienna. Would it be worthwhile making a combined thread showing the Coerthas Central Highlands bugs occurring across servers? Could be a central thread to combine these issues started with a copy of your above post.
