I cant finish a quest from my Main Company

Steps:
I just finished the dungeon called The Aurum Vale that was given to me by this NPC, and i have also finished my rank 2 of the Hunting Log for the Twin Adder. Turns out that when I go to this serpent commander he has a green check mark over his head, when i click in it and he is talking, by the end he tells me that the quest is complete and it shows me like a window with seals he is supposed to give me. But the green check mark doesn't go anywhere and i don't receive any seals, like i didn't click at all. Its just not letting me take them nor finish the quest, even though i clicked like 10 times it would tell me is complete when is not. Please answer me as soon as you can, thank you and have a good day

I have made sure to submit all of your information to the development team and they will thoroughly investigate this matter based on your report. Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee that a direct response will be posted on this thread, but I do recommend checking Here or Here for any details regarding the development team's investigation.

I am going to leave this open. The reason being, that it is possible there is a resolution to this issue and may not be a bug. There have been similar reports where other users resolved the issues, although they aren't exactly the same. I will leave this open for now and if a resolution is not found, it will be closed.
