Completed Twin Adder Quest Unable to Complete

Steps:
1. I've completed Twin Adder Quests to the end of Shadows Uncast as well as completing the main storyline and the Twin Adder hunting logs 1 and 2.
2. I talk to Vorsaile Heuloix (whom has a green check over his head) and after talking, "Quest Completed" shows on screen but the check never disappears and I can repeat step 2.

After being offline since last night, this glitched fixed on it's own. Since the glitch, I changed classes from 50 BLM to 26 CNJ, did 4 Twin Adder levequests in East Shroud, switched back and decided to attempt completing the quest again and it worked.
