Do not take under-geared players to Dhorme Chimera for Relic progression, use it as a control to keep out the weeds.
I think players need to understand they should grind and put some effort into Darklight Gear or at least have AK gear.
People are complaining about Fates and under-geared players, well this solution should suffice, don't blindly pick-up people. Make sure they earned their place, because there are definitely a lot of people getting DL gear. Take them before the trash, put in a little more time searching.

Chimera and Hydra are both easy fights which have no enrage timers or environmental limitations. There is no reason a group of fresh 50s with AF cannot complete both fights.

iLevel limits will most likely be here in December. We are beating a dead horse here, and even then, those limits will be placed on instances only. If you don't want someone with low gear in your party, dont invite them or kick them if you are going to hold people to a ridiculous standard. Needing gear for Titan is one thing, but Chimera and Hydra? Please. My FC could win those fights in our 40s.

Chimera and Hydra take anyone to, they are jokes... Ifrit is also a joke. Its realy the last 2 fights for relic that take more gear than AF and w/e jewlery you had at 50.
Is it easier with more gear? well of coarse it is, but even without the fights are jokes. To be honest you should HAVE to do them in AF in order to progress the quest to show you have some skill, anyone can wait till way outgear and get by... -

I don't think the OP was saying that the fights require a certain gear level. But it is one of the few parts of the Relic line that isn't on the duty finder. If no one helps undergeared/poor skill level players complete these fights there will be less incentive for them to go into hard mode primal fights where gear can be an issue. I don't really agree with the idea and you are never going to get that kind of cooperation out of an mmo community.

Chimera and hydra are extremely easy and they cannot be done through the duty finder, you can do them in vendor white gear. If you dont want undergeared people don't allow them in your group. And I would say Garuda is more of a stopping point as you can easily do it in AF gear. No one should be pugging HM Titan anyway. It is not doable in a pug.

I see these posts daily, yet have not seen a single gearing guide. I don't think these people lazy to gear. I think they don't know how/where to get the gear.

Acrually, after many Titan attempts, I never seen people dying because of gear. I've seen people dying because someone stood in the AoEs, didn't move correctly, didn't avoid bombs, ignored the gaols, people dead during heart phase (and, of course, bad server visual lag).
Not a single time because of bad gear.
Then 1-2 wipes and everyone's leave, so nobody can really learn. And then they blame each other's gear.
It's ridiculous.
