Never got a registration code?

Pretty much sums it up.

Tried all the codes I was given throughout the beta. Bought a digital standard copy.

Not much else to say.

Did you buy it digitally from SE? If so then most of us haven't gotten it either, it'll be at some point today.

Got a digital CE from GMG for the wife and got all codes etc, however my digital CE from gamersgate i haven't received any registration code yet. Hoping when I get back from work today I will have it and be able to start my vacation right instead of muttering dagnagit all evening.

Yeah I got a Digital download from Square-Enix and haven't gotten my code either :/

Just gotta wait for the codes guys, I know it sucks but they are having issues.

If this ends up the same way as the pre order ( 2 codes just for pre order? lol wut. ) fiasco did. I'm going to be ripping my hair out.

I got it this morning, but I cannot find where the hell I should insert it in the Mogstation.

Do you guys have any idea?

How many codes do we need? >.> I tried using the code I received in an email but that was my 20 digit code for the early access and 30 days free play etc. It says code is already in use by my account says its on a trial account with 3 days remaining. Was the 30 days free access not included with the pre-ordered accounts? Did I miss something?

*Edit - Apparently it says in there that i have a pre-order code already registered to the account. But what about the other standard perks?

Got mine from Gamestop. Bad move, I know. Still haven't gotten my code either.

30 day access was not part of the preorder or early access codes, it's part of the registration code. If you bought it digitally on the pc before the 27th you should of gotten two codes already, and a third one probably today if not already.

Apparently not - the pre-order code was just for the early access. You should have received (or will receive soon) another 20-digit code you will have to insert at the Mogstation.

For anyone that ordered there CE from Amazon.com, If you log into your account and go to your orders you will find a spot that says go to my game library. If you click on that it will bring up any DD game you have bought from them. and you can pull up your Product number from that page. I'm not sure if that's the code you need but it could be worth a shot.

I would test it, but the computer version was a gift for my brother. I know the PS3 is having issues with there codes though.

It appears you are well informed - are you able to confirm if we should "Add a new service account" in the Mogstation using the code we receive today?
I can't seem to be able to "Update" the current Service Account with the new code.

NOOOOO!!!!! Don't add a new service account, bad bad bad.

There should be an "add windows service button" or an "add ps3 service" button depending on what you want to activate. Make sure you are currently selected on the proper service account if you have more than one. I haven't done this myself as I do not have a code yet, but from everything I've looked at this is how to do it.

Well, that or start over on the new account you just made. There's a specific link for reporting this problem to SE, let me go dig it up again.

*Here it is, if you don't care about paying another $30 for it then that would be the easiest way, this could take a while to sort out.

Yeah I saw that link earlier, but honestly I don't feel like waiting.

However, I have a question: I already have a FFXIV 1.0 copy. I guess that's the copy where I activated my early access code since the Mogstation account says I have the pre-order bonus items there. It also says "14 days left" for some reason.

If I simply renew that account (the account 1) will I be able to continue playing? I will lose the free 30 days but at least I won't need to buy a third copy of the game lol.

If your character is showing up on being on that 1.0 account then yeah, renewing that would work because 1.0 players get the game free. If you can't see your character on any of the service accounts, then you'll have to wait a bit because it's a common issue right now for no characters to show up.

It says 14 days because as a legacy member, you are being given till Sept 9 to play the game for free. I am not sure if Legacy members also have to purchase the game, or if they just have to setup a subscription after that.

Bought the game from EU SE online store from 8 Juli. No early access code (bought one from g2play) and no registered code so far =/

The button you are looking for is the blue one on the bottom left that sort of looks like a gear. If you hover over it it'll say add platform.



@Remilia: That's correct, or you can create a new character under that service account. Otherwise the character you are currently playing in game is now registered to the new service account you just created.

BUT!!! If you see your current character on your new service account (the one that isn't 1.0), then you can just use that one to play. Although without any of your 1.0 stuff. I know it sounds confusing and it's partly because the whole system is gummed up, simply waiting a few more hours may shed more light on the issue.

Yeh pre-order from SE store, digital collectors edition, no code yet here in UK @ 08:47 BST (British Summer Time).

Thanks for your awesome help - but no, at the moment I am not seeing the character I am using in any of the accounts. The old account only have my old 1.0 characters AND ARR beta characters, while the new account has no characters at all.

If you HAVEN'T gotten your code today for your account registration/game registration, etc from buying digitally from SE's store.

If you goto their findmyorder thing for Digital River, find your order, it will tell you what you bought. aka. " FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn [PC DOWNLOAD] " Right below that you'll have an " Serial Code. " That code is what they'll email you. It will be in the form of xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx

The unlock code is like a second pre order bonus item code. It comes in the same 6-3-6-3 format.

Guys - telephone their support line and your code request gets escalated. I'm from the eu (UK). Codes are sent in batches (presumably from HQ), escalating means your code is sent in the next batch. I tracked down the UK support line with a simple google - "what is square enix customer support number"
08706000182 (09:00 and 18:00 hrs UK time), rang this and my code arrived that day.

Is there any point in the unlock code? I added the other code on mogstation, but I don't understand the point of that one.

Best bet is to wait then until one of them shows up with the character you want to keep playing as, then use that one.

I have no clue what that is, but's in the same format as the preorder code. That's definitely odd.
