Regarding Digital Collectors Edition. I have a code from GreenManGaming and after I registered it, under my games on my Square-Enix account it is showing up as a Regular Edition of FFXIV ARR. Does this also show up the same for everyone else?
Okay then, i'll start:
I registered my 18 digit pre order code yesterday (PC player) with my 1.0 account and got redirected to another site where the 20 digit code was displayed. I registered that one aswell.
My problem: I didn't get any mail for confirmation. How can i see that i am allowed to participate early access? If i log into my Account on the FF14:ARR website, only FF14:ARR is listed (which was automatically registered on Aug, 20).
Any ideas?

I bought the Digital Collector's Edition x 3 for myself and 2 family members. Both of them received their access codes yesterday, but come today, I'm still without any. I'd like to get in on Saturday...
It should, from what i heard you should be sent another code closer to launch with the CE bonus attached to it.
As you may have realised, there has been some trouble regarding registering codes recently. Some people are reporting that it has take 2 days for them to receive conformation.
Well my issue is that I was able to get my code on the first day but when I tried to redeem it on the psn i have been getting the invalid code error. Ive tried reentering my 18 digit code but i still get the same code over and over again. My language and location and links are all NA.
I'm still getting error 3. The game shows up as registered, though.
I was able to input my pre-order code at http://preorder.na.finalfantasyxiv.com/us and was able to redeem my 20 digit code. However, up until today, I have still yet to receive my confirmation email. Am I done?

Ok, I know I'm an idiot for doing this.
I ordered a PS3 CE b/c I wanted to put the CE codes on my current PC 1.0 account. And everything I read said that was the way to do it. (Didn't order digital b/c I wanted the physical items).
So when I entered my EA code I picked PS3, b/c I thought I was supposed to pick the platform I ordered the game for, not the one I wanted to play on. Suffice it to say I'm looking for a way to get my EA registration changed to PC.
I've submitted a ticket (e-mail) to Customer Support. But I wanted to toss my issue out here as well in case an admin can help me or someone else made the same mistake and has had it resolved.
Am still running into this myself. I've been keeping an eye on the PO site to see what information that they provide on there for updates (which has been every 3 hrs since last update - last one is now 1PM (GMT) [6:00 AM PDT / 13:00 PM GMT / 15:00 PM CET] )
And you don't need to worry about capitalization as the system automatically capitalizes every letter in your code.

Contact either Square or GMG. Probably Square, as they are the ones that give out codes to retailers.
i own 1.0 and just bought the digital pre order for the early access only lol and never got a early access code sent :(
anyone have any idea when i will receive a email with the code :)
I purchased two digital downloads for my wife and I from Amazon. I tried entering both of them in on the 20th, but right after entering the code I got an error. I later realized no one could enter their codes so I figured I'd try again on the 21st.
It worked on the 21st, I was able to enter my early access code which took me to a second code (completely different from the early access code). I entered that in and it asked me to verify the pre-order bonus to which I submitted.
When I tried to input the second early access code (for my wife on her account) it said the code was already in use. When I went to check out my profile page, it says I now have two games. One says it was registered on the 20th, yet no one could even register then, and I didn't get that second code on the 20th, just an error message.
Note: The codes I recieved from Amazon were not the same.

The 20-digit early access code is currently being sent directly to Square Enix Store customers, who need only redeem it on (https://secure.square-enix.com/accou...arlypre?rgn=en) in order to receive their early access and pre-order bonus items. No other steps are required.

I also have 1.0 CE and bought the game for EA...I entered the code for EA and got three emails from Square-Enix all with EU regions (I am NA). I registered it and everything went through. I just hope it doesn't matter...as long as its not JP.
Question for those of you who managed to register the 20 digits code, did ARR appear under your Service List (Select Service) in your Square Account Management System?
Not really seeing it anywhere so makes me wonder if I did it successfully. I still see my old XIV, not sure if it will use the same service.
(Edit: Or realized that this could be due to the fact that it's Early Access and not the game itself. The CE still isn't registered).
As of right now ARR has not been registered to my Account Management page. I used the 20 digit code and got three email confirmations, but still nothing in my Account Management for ARR.
I do see two ARR games as Registered Games on the http://na.square-enix.com/ page

Hi all, I've got a problem... I registered 2 accounts before and I played the open beta with an account... Today I registered the early access code with the other account that I've never used... I don't want to re-cap 2 classes and I want to play with the account that I used in open beta, there's a way to register that code on the correct account?
I have two service accounts for some reason, both tagged as "FFXIV: A Realm Reborn - Beta Test Windows(R)", they're called "FINAL FANTASY XIV 1" and "FINAL FANTASY XIV 2". When I try to redeem my code, it makes me choose between them and claims that, in order to check which of those service accounts has my character on it, I should log in to the old Lodestone. However, when I log in to the old Lodestone, I'm told that there's no character on my account and won't let me proceed any further. Does anyone know how to make sure I activate the correct service account with my Phase 4 character?
Just so that it's clearer, i think it would be good to separate PS3 from PC with this issue. And there is already another post specifically for PS3.

You just have to enter your pre-order code from what ever site you got it from, from there it will give you the 20 digit pre-order code...From there you can apply it to your already existing account. I know its a lot of work for all this but that is how its done. Then you should be good to go.
