7 days reimbursement? No. Not when my options are to either spend hours hoping to be able to log in or to give up on sleep when I finally do in the middle of the night.
I will be back in a few weeks. When this goes into full release in two days, it will be even worse. I shouldn't be punished because I actually have obligations in the real world.
I hate to bash on SE because they do amazing work, but they knew this was coming. They should have opened up more instances and more servers. Last night, I spent 3 hours trying to log in. At once point I made it from 4,300 to number 1, got the 2002 error, and was sent back to 4,000. After 3 hours, I finally got in but I was so tired, I couldn't play. Hopefully they will figure it out in a month or two. I'll be back then.

They should make it that people who haven't been able to log in for literal days get priority in the queue. So that that some players at least get to play at some point. They can go by the tracker they already have in-game where you can see when a player has last logged in.
I haven't been able to play in around two days now, and it's getting frustrating.
I started playing in ARR, played early access in all expansions so far, and this one has by far felt the worst so far. I know it's because of unprecedented player numbers, and we just have to put up with it, but it would be nice for those who have literally not been able to play at all, to be allowed in.
Also, maybe do a forced logout of those who have been logged in for over 24 hours, to get rid of those pesky AFK dancers, and those staying logged in while afk using macros, or bots, or w/e it is they are doing. If you have been playing legit for over 24 hours, well, it might be best you log off and get a little bit of shut-eye anyway :P -

I don't mind the queue, if it works. Problem is that the queue doesn't always. I get in a queue and will wait hours and then get Error 2002 again. I'm all good with long waiting times but if I'm guaranteed nothing for those waiting times then what's the point? Some of my friends have speedrun the MSQ and are having a blast. I'm sat here meanwhile not being able to engage at all.
Just going to play something else until they get these issues fixed. The content itself looks amazing and I can't wait to try it but I am definitely disappointed. The free week is nice and I appreciate it but all in all it doesn't make up for not being able to play the game. -

People PAID for a license to access a game. If he cannot even play then what do you expect. Lets say you order a Taxi cab a week in advance to to make a plane. You give yourself four hours and then the cab service says they have a cab on the way. Then they say they have a cab on the way. Then they say they don't know who you are and you will have to wait in line...and you eventually miss you flight because it took over four hours. Or maybe you bought a movie ticket ahead of time and they knew there were not enough seats for you for the next three showings....but didn't tell you until after the first showing was supposed to start. No problem right its just money and your time...which is actually very important to some people. Stop justifying malfeasance of a multimillion dollar company.
They should not have released the game nor should they have taken peoples money until they knew they could support it.
If you have a great deal of money you don't mind spending you can send it to me... and I will give you nothing sound good?
