My best friend was on reddit and viewing this thread they had found about houses for sales on their server. (Balmung). They came across this particular thread and shared it with me.

Is this some sort of joke? Seriously this guy has to be a troll. People like this are the reason why housing is broken. Buying homes just to resell for outrageous prices. This guy claims that large Shirogane homes are worth 900mil on Balmung.
Seriously, wtf is wrong with this guy. SE really needs to do something about people like this. It's getting out of hand and it's sickening.

well.. all you need to do is to find out the name of the dude trading houses and let the GM deal with him.. it's against ToS to sell houses.... and seriously, just move to other server... Balmung seems so toxic including people paying 400m~900m for the house. -

You can't beat the rush on high populations with two characters on the same account on high population servers. The people that actually engage in this flipping and reselling are people that have more than 1 account.Quote:

SE needs to put restriction on personal housing purchase...to per account per server (not per server per character) this way people need to pay SE additional monthly sub to earn the right to buy more houses.. so SE has the money to expand the server for housing. this makes sense .. because the houses is still in the server after you log out =p)Quote:

(take the day off or work from home) get on discord... update game ahead of time and time our login time... all just to get a house in mmo... but it's was worth over the drama... One house per account gets you nowhere, because you really think someone can buy an house, change character, load screen, and still get another house to buy in the meanwhile? Only ones that maybe can do that will use third party programs and they need be detected and removed from game for good.
