I've been on stormblood since early access.
When my machine crashed today, I discovered that I've lost access to stormblood on my account.
How do I re-enable stormblood again? The registration code has been used already, and I don't think I should buy another copy of stormblood.

Even if your computer crashes, it should be saved under your account at the square enix site. I would log in to that and check what you have registered. I think that is also where you can re-download it.

Same thing happened to me. I registered all my codes and have been playing Stormblood for the past week. Just went to log back on and it says i dont have access to Stormblood? Even my online account says i dont have it registered and need to buy it again...what the f?

I have logged in mog station and stormblood was gone from the list.
I have ARR and HW, and a link to purchase stormblood.
(I only have 1 service account)

I will just ask the general question, forgive me if it's clear, but I think it might be misleading a bit.

Did you register a cd/product key to your current active subscription account?

This is the code you find in the store under the order part, after clicking unlock key button, with the official launch on June 20th, these codes have been changed from the prior early access code, to the actual full game expansion code. (PC digital.), If you ordered a physical copy, you should find your code inside the cd package or in the manual itself. (pc physical). PS4 I think updated automatically but don't quote me on that, since I do not have that system.

If you didn't apply that code, you will have no access to the storm blood area's, as well as the new jobs, as well as not gaining any further exp on the old jobs past level 60, till this key has been successfully applied and is displayed in your mog station as purchased.

It doesn't matter if you played early access prior, since that code was different from the actual registration key, and doesn't apply here if not entered after the early access period ended, which is/was today, June 23rd. Please double check, and add some more information, otherwise it's difficult to help, if we don't know if that's the case or not.

If you bought it as a digital download, do you still have the receipt for it? I would try re-entering the code and if that does not work, sent a support ticket and make sure you keep the email for reference.

I have the exact same problem. Just I was playing when I had to go afk a few minutes. Came back to find it had logged me out due to idle time - which is fine. But now I can't get back in as Stormblood is no longer registered! My main is lvl 70 with the entire Stormblood quest line done so I definitely had that access! I also saw the code on the mog station before but now it has suddenly disappeared! I have tried using my codes again but as they have been used it is invalid of course.

I have send a ticket to try and get this sorted but honestly I am fuming. First thought was to be truthful "Incompetence!". I have had to reinstall several times already due to issues since the expansion and have had it. Fix it!

Sorry if I wasn't being clear enough.
I have registered the product key against my service account, and was able to play through SB content until today.
After I restarted my machine (due to a old graphics card crashing on me), I cannot access SB anymore.
The weird thing is, the login client was asking for my product key again, and my old product key doesn't work. (Since it has been used before)
I'm using the windows PC version as well, if that makes it clearer.

Tried that, but these product keys can only be used once, so I'm getting an error when I tried register SB on Mog Station.
Sad times since support is not available over the weekend... :(

Pretty much my issues as well. *sigh*

Did you register the main product key? Or did you only key in the early access code?

You will be billed right away but you will still only get the full Stormblood code on the official release day.

Then you did not key in the actual product code. You only keyed in the early access code. The actual product code was only released on the 20th. Check your SE store order again. You will have received a new code. Unlock it in the Mogstation.

That's the issue, you registered a early access code, but not the actual game code itself, that you should have gotten on or after June 20th, via email if you purchased the game via a third retailer (game stop, amazon etc), if you purchased it via NA or EU SE store, then its a bit different. I'll explain the method, and we can all go through these steps one more time, just in case something has been forgotten down the line, hopefully we are getting you guys back in the game as quick as possible.

Bare with me while I add the explanation.... (edit incoming)

If you purchased the game via 3rd party, aka Amazon/Game Stop or any other retailers that are not NA or EU Square Enix, follow the instructions here:

1) go to your email and open it
2) check every folder available to you, that includes promotion, spam, all mail, social and whatever tabs you might have, depending on the mail service you're with, or do a search
3) locate the email, that was sent by the 3rd vendor, on or after June 20th. (the code should start with R and is different to your 18 digit early access code, as well as different to the 20digit redemption code from early access)
4) Log onto the mog station, and click account.
5) under all the main buttons, you should see a little blue link, that says register game key
6) enter the code you have found in your mail
7) confirm that it's the right account and not an old trial or something
8) confirm again
9) click on account again, now your account should show a "o" under stormblood, either for regular version or collectors edition
10) close the mog station, re launch the launcher and try connecting

If you have purchased via SE NA/EU store, follow the direction here:

1) log into the EU or NA square enix store
2) click unlock code under your orders
3) click "activate product key/registration"
4) even if you have done that for early access, now you will find a new code there.
follow the direction above starting at (4)

OMG what did happen i lost my expansion SB and my code doesn't work it give a message the code is just used AND NOWWWWWWWWWWWWW

Don't have any new code. All the ones I have I used and they are all invalid. Why did it say on the Mogstation that I had the collector's edition and now it is deleted? Something has gone wrong here.

Thank you guys! I found the game code from the invoice from SE, and now I have access to game again.

Is it because early access expires on the 23rd?
(I am in +1000 timezone, maybe that's why it all stopped working during the day)

Yes. Early access ends today. That is why a lot of people lost access today. They are not aware of the three codes. As I mentioned in an above quote, there are 3 codes. Pre-order code, early access code and the actual Stormblood code. The actual Stormblood code was only released on 20th June.

I am going to reiterate my points.

If you bought a physical copy and the mail has arrived, you should have a new code inside to register on the Mogstation.

If you bought a digital copy from the SE store, check your orders on the SE store again. Press the "unlock code" link. You will have a new code to register on the Mogstation. This new code only appeared after 20th June. If you did not key in a new code anytime after 20th June, that means you only keyed in the early access code. Early access has ended, that is why you appear to have lost access to Stormblood.

Where to get your actual Stormblood code (after 20th June).

Where to key in the new code.

It's all too confusing with 3 codes, but yeah, I wasn't aware of the 3 codes.

I think I have seen the third, but it looked similar to the early access code so I ignored it.

Good thing I have a (bad?) habbit of not deleting emails. :)

Make sure the code is not prefix "RF3A". That's the pre-order code.

Basically, you need to key in the code with the prefix "RG3A" (since you seem to have bought the CE) on the Mogstation.

Try removing the first "3" and replace it with an R. or if the key is to short in general, try adding an R in front of the first 3, maybe steam just misprinted the code or you key'd it incorrectly.

Fixed. Out of the blue there was a "maintenance" screen so restarted the launcher and suddenly my codes work.

At least that tells me SE knows there was an actual issue! But of course letting us know...

i tried many times put both code maybe now is all locked for issue account i bet, in any case they are so stupid just buy and copy and stop no every moment have this trouble for any sub payment , to people like so much complicate entire life to all

So code says invalid so I just keep refreshing till the code is accepted or what?

Ok the registration button is like "gold" colored at the top of the screen and not down below with the other options, /bangs head on wall...
