No Prompt To tie to Service account PS4
Okay, I'm not sure if anyone else is having this problem. I know the hard copies have had some serious issues here.
But i bought a digital Copy from the PSN store of Heavensward. When i Downloaded it, and ran the game, I was supposedly suppose to receive a Prompt to Tie the Expansion to my SE Service Account But no such thing happened. I have, tried Re-downloading Heavensward on multiple occasions now, and have even deleted the entire game and tried redownloading from scratch. and still no success.
I want to know if there is something i am missing here. Because, i cannot access any of the new game content period right now, after having spent 40 bucks i would like to be able to play the game that i have spent my money on.
And before anyone says anything. Yes i have FF14:ARR and like Heavensward i bought it through the PSN store. I am growing extremely frustrated that i cannot enjoy this expansion, due to some technical Difficulty, that i cannot seem to find any assistance on. And I have even tried contacting SE support with no success, as the Live chat, after a 2 hour wait in que, said there were no available Agents to talk to. And i even tried calling, and never got through to a live Agent. So I'm hoping to get some help via these forums.

Okay. 3, days now so far, still no solution for this problem. It is becoming even worse of an annoyance as this continues. I contacted Square in regards to the no prompting issue to tie the account to my Square Service Account. They told me to contact Sony support, to find a resolution. Still nada from that as they simply told me to contact Square support. So now i'm gonna do that and see what happens!
I really want to get this resolved quickly, and get on my game!
A solution that may work - but not for me though
OKay, Sony gave me another option that has worked for some people. Did not work for me, but maybe someone here will have some better luck.
Press and hold the playstation button on your PS4 Dualshock controller. Then go to power options and SHUT OFF the PS4. Wait for all the lights on your PS4 to turn off, and then push down and hold the power button on the Playstation console. (at this point just put your controller down you don't need it) Hold the power button on your Playstation till it beeps a second time. This will put your PS4 into Safe mode
Once it's in safe mode, using the USB charge cable, plug in your PS4 Controller, and Press the playstation button on the controller. After this a list of options will appear.
I believe it's option 5, Rebuild Database. It's essentially a defrag for the PS4 Run it. There is no harm you won't lose any Data. I've heard from Sony, that this works for some issues like this one, but apparently Sony support has not actually been informed of any issue's involving the Problems surrounding Heavensward on it's Console. (I heard this directly from the Sony support guys) But they've been most helpful in giving me as many options and solutions as possible. But, sadly none of them have worked.
