I have a couple of Dutch FC friends who have been unable to play the game thanks to the removal of Ultimate Pay.
The only other payment options left open to them are credit cards - something that is a difficult process to obtain in their country, but also something that some people aren't able to get, say, if they have bad credit...
Regardless of reasons, they are holding out for a PayPal payment option, but I was wondering:
1. Do we even have confirmation this is coming at all?
2. When?

But as an alternative, just buy Game Time Cards on Ebay or Amazon. Problem Solved. -

Never.
Because chargebacks. Paypal almost always side with the customer. See ArksCash and PSO2 for a similar problem with a similar payment option. -

Paypal essentially can't be bothered with proper investigation and negotiation, and will happily just side with the customer, to make their jobs easier. Their complaints procedure locks the seller into a one month waiting queue, too, with the only option being to refund without question, to abort the queue time. Meanwhile, Square won't be able to legally terminate access, because the payment has already been made.Quote:

Do you really think that PayPal acts the same with SE how it does with normal ebay sellers or other 1-man minicompanies? You can bet that it would be very worthy for PayPal to have a deal with SE. So think about your statement again.

I have credit card but too bad SE(na) doesn't accept international credit card. Have to get my friend to buy me the time card and I gotta paypal him back the amount. If they have paypal as an option, it would be easier though. Not to mention that you can only pay for the monthly fee but not able to buy fantasia and such.
SE(eu) does accept international credit card, but I'm not sure why SE(na) doesn't. -
