What does everyone else think about having more themed events or gear focused on previous installments?
Just want to clarify - NO, I am not asking for another Fate based event where Sin pops up and you have to help Tidus and Yuna kill it, but I do think it would be nice to have maybe casual references in future events.
Like friendly monsters from FF9, or an event tied to Knights of the Round where FF7 seasonal gear could be obtainable. Or maybe CT2 gear drops are modeled after character outfits, such as Monk gear based on FF8's Zell outfit.
Thoughts?

Anything that is not a currently running game will not get an event. DQ got one since it's still going, FFXIII got one since it just came out, and FFXI/shantotto got one sine it's currently running and shantottos story isn't technically over. Ff1-ff13 (except 11) are now done, and so won't get an event.

I would personally rather them focus on improving current gear.
The designer mentioned that they were using their "resources" for stuff like the spring dress. I could care less about that. I want to put awesome upgraded gear on and be actually wow'd from it. -

Warrior of Light is more like a job, not exactly the name of a specific character (same as Onion Knight). So I doubt that CT2 give you gear from a specific FF character. Maybe the armors from the FF IX Alexandria guards or something like this.Quote:
