The enemy jobs have some really useful moves that we don't get... Like that paladin that increases his spell speed and healing (like a combo of divine seal and presence of mind), so he could, you know, heal as a paladin. Why can't we get those? They are clearly already developed moves in the game.

I see npc marauders use a move called rave all the time, they send out a ranged frontal shockwave attack that looks awesome, why do we not get that? :(

Especially since her "Bliz IV" looks way more badass than "Freeze". I see Monk mobs all the time use an ability called "Footwork" that grants them Haste. I don't care WHAT reasoning Yoshi-P has for this, I WANT THAT SKILL! It could even be a 6 minute cooldown or something, something you only use on bosses.

The miqo'te in the GLA questline uses hundred fists. It was the old MNK 2hour ability in FFXI and it greatly increases auto attack speed.
Shockwave from MRD enemies is a frontal line long range attack that is not overpower, they got overpower and it's in a cone shape.

These are plot driven abilities for the scripting of those dungeons. :P
I mean, it's fine to want those abilities. Some of them are iconic abilities from other Final Fantasy games. It's just, they were chosen because they make them a bit more challenging to fight than say a player would be.
A tank able to heal itself? A melee with awesome aoe? A healer that can take life as easily as it can give it? These abilities would make players a bit too strong! :P If you could do those things I gave in example, you could probably solo a dungeon! Some day, we will probably get a ability similar to some of those, but they won't be nearly as powerful, but they still will be nice clutch abilities.
Also, if you notice, some of those strong abilities the NPCs in dungeons have are on really LONG cast times. This is so you have time to dodge/interrupt them. If we were to get such an ability, likely we'd cast it faster (making it even stronger). With great power comes great responsibility! :P -
