After send 4 support mail SE don't even give me an proper answer and fix...
I was mail support 4 times of my 2 problem and they close 3 of my ticket without fixing anything
and this is my 4th attempt to mail support and this is what i got.
1. 1.0 Player non legacy that brought 2.0 CE and cannot register a product key into the current service since they already register once back in 1.0,
why do i have to upgrade for another $20 if i already paid for?

My problem is not a INCORRECTLY REGISTERED SERVICE ACCOUNT!!
Second problem that i tell them in the same mail is every payment attempt always have with all my card and even paypal cannot make a payment...
and they not even fix or answer this problem or mention anything...
